A good remedy for lung cancer is beta-carotene, which is a form of vitamin and is found in orange and green vegetables. An increased intake of green leafy vegetables and orange in your body may reduce the risk of lung cancer.

If you’re having memory problems or if you simply want to just increase your memory capacity, then try eating oysters. Oysters help improve your mental functioning by supplying Zinc in your body which is a significant element when it comes to improving a person’s memory.

Ginger is also a known cure for an upset stomach which is also a cure for morning sickness and nausea so you get to nail 3 ailments for the price of one! In China for example, ginger has been used to assist digestion and cure stomach upset for more than 2000 years. Using ginger and eating a banana for an upset stomach is definitely a more natural and cheaper treatment than any over-the-counter medicine.
